2017-06-20 fix add lazy filter for all features similar to ios app for fast search

It is needed to allow user to fast search for values against:
  1. all WFS objects/tables
    1. Table context (data)

      Figure: visible clicked search icon than filled with "nowak" text, which then filtered matched records on table

    2. Map context (by currently visible features)

      Figure: visible clicked filter icon, filled with text "nowak" than visible matched filtered features from map to choose

  2. selected WFS objects/tables
  3. current WFS objects/tables
