2017-06-26 #ToSpecify allow user to sign in input image type

Considerations:
1. To allow user to sign some form in data view
2. To allow user in generated pdf raport strategy:
  1. user edit form
  2. user get pdf from API from editied form
  3. GUI allows user to edit pdf - allow him to add his handwrite
  4. GUI recreate pdf with user signings - API call/update with handwriting?
    Note:
    1. When user added handwrite in pdf - so there should be sime href /shapearea which will open form to allow handwrite.
    2. When done it should be go to API like single feature/attribute image edit.
    3. Than pdf should be recreated to see it on screen with handwrite
      
      at this stage record/feature is with handwrite image inside
    Note:
    - Not implemented currently in API pdf form get
    - To be specified get from API pdf document.
